Reservation Riviera, started by Dermot Mulhall and Alex Krajanova was born in 2016 out of the simple necessity to find a solution to the management of our first vacation property in Nice. After months of searching and countless meetings we identified a real shortcoming in the level and type of service we wanted both for our guests and ourselves and decided to fill the gap, with our own service.
We started with two simple goals, firstly for guests, it is to provide the best possible experience when visiting our great city and region. For property owners, we wanted to provide professional property management that yields a higher ROI compared to the long-term rental market while ensuring their property is maintained to the highest possible standards.
We cater for everything a host requires to provide a 5-star service. We take care of property listing, guest communication, check-in, property cleaning, and anything else a host may request.
Our mission for hosts is to make short-term letting such as Booking.com or Airbnb hassle free. Our goal is to increase bookings, boost property occupancy rates and make the host experience as seamless as possible.
For guests, it’s simple, we make their trip as enjoyable as possible by aiming for nothing less than 5-star reviews and a truly memorable experience on the Riviera.
